Terms of Service
Please read these terms carefully before using DCC's services or website.
1. Acceptance of Terms
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the DCC Animal Hospital website (dccpets.in), patient portal (portal.dccpets.in), and all associated veterinary services provided by DCC – Dogs, Cats & Companions Pvt. Ltd. ("DCC", "we", "us"). These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and DCC.
2. Services Offered
DCC provides the following services, subject to these Terms:
- In-clinic veterinary consultations at our Gurugram, Delhi, Rewari, and Jaipur centres
- Telehealth consultations — video and chat-based veterinary advice
- Diagnostics & lab services — blood tests, X-rays, ultrasounds
- Surgery & critical care — requiring in-person attendance
- Pet grooming and boarding at select centres
- Nutrition counselling and vaccination services
- Emergency veterinary care — 24/7 on call at 9311560101
DCC reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any service at any time with reasonable notice.
3. Appointments & Cancellation Policy
Booking
Appointments can be booked online, by phone (9311560101), or via WhatsApp. Booking confirmation is sent via SMS and email. Walk-ins are welcome at all centres, subject to availability.
Cancellations & Rescheduling
- Free cancellation or rescheduling up to 2 hours before your appointment time
- Cancellations within 2 hours may incur a ₹200 no-show fee
- Telehealth appointments not joined within 10 minutes of the start time will be marked as no-shows
- To cancel or reschedule, call 9311560101 or use the patient portal
Emergencies
Emergency cases are always prioritised regardless of scheduled appointments. We may need to delay non-urgent consultations during high-volume emergency periods.
4. Payment Terms
- Payment is due at the time of service for in-clinic visits
- Online and telehealth services require advance payment via Razorpay
- We accept UPI, credit/debit cards, net banking, and cash at clinics
- All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and inclusive of applicable taxes
- Refunds for cancelled prepaid appointments are processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method
- DCC does not offer free consultations unless explicitly specified in a promotional offer
5. Telehealth Terms
Telehealth services at DCC are intended to supplement — not replace — in-person veterinary care. By using telehealth, you acknowledge:
- Telehealth is not a substitute for emergency care. In an emergency, call 9311560101 or visit the nearest DCC clinic immediately.
- The accuracy of our advice depends on the quality of information and video you provide.
- Some conditions cannot be diagnosed remotely and may require an in-clinic visit.
- Digital prescriptions issued via telehealth are valid in India and comply with applicable regulations.
- Telehealth sessions may be recorded for quality assurance and medical record purposes, with your consent.
6. Your Responsibilities
- Provide accurate information about yourself and your pet at all times
- Ensure your pet is safely restrained during in-clinic visits
- Disclose all medications, supplements, or previous treatments your pet has received
- Not misuse the website, portal, or booking systems
- Not use DCC's services for any unlawful purpose
7. Intellectual Property
All content on dccpets.in — including text, images, logos, videos, and software — is the property of DCC – Dogs, Cats & Companions Pvt. Ltd. and is protected under Indian copyright law. You may not reproduce, distribute, or commercially exploit any content without our written permission.
8. Limitation of Liability
DCC's liability to you for any claim arising from our services shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim. DCC is not liable for:
- Outcomes beyond our reasonable control, including adverse reactions to treatment
- Loss or damage caused by inaccurate information you provided
- Technical failures of third-party platforms (video call providers, payment gateways)
- Delays caused by emergencies or force majeure events
Nothing in these Terms limits liability for death, personal injury, or fraud caused by our negligence.
9. Governing Law & Disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute arising from these Terms or DCC's services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Gurugram, Haryana. We encourage you to contact us first to resolve any dispute amicably at info@dccpets.in before initiating legal proceedings.
10. Changes to These Terms
DCC reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or a notice on dccpets.in. Continued use of our services after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
